The Center for Flourishing Churches at Pentecostal Theological Seminary (PTS Flourish) is at its core a Church Revitalization program. But it is so much more. We provide an environment for pastors and laity to seek the will of God for their congregations in their unique contexts. Through Cohorts, Conferences, Consultation and Covenant we guide churches through the process of identifying areas for growth and fruitfulness.

Kickoff conferences

for cohorts of 10-15 churches. At these conferences, A team of 4-5 from your church will hear from expert speakers, meet in small groups with other churches, and spend time with a consultant that will guide your church through an identified area of need.

Cohort camaraderie

Your cohort will work together in both strategy and culture as you identify solutions through dual listening and appreciative inquiry. You no longer have to journey in isolation.

Consultation

with ministry area experts, PTS faculty and professional consultants will guide you from the kickoff conference for 6 months. This begins with assessments, continues in person at the conference, and then via zoom.

Covenant relationships

with other pastors and congregations. You will establish meaningful relationships in small groups and cohorts that will continue to serve one another beyond the completion of your cohort cycle.

With the assistance of PTS staff, our many programs are designed by ministry leaders and academics to help your church navigate your unique challenges by tapping into your unique identity.
